Online Store Questions
- "Do I have to use a credit card to order pictures online?" If you do not wish to use your credit card online, or would like to pay with cash or check please call, with the name of the event, a description of the picture, and the # of the picture.
- "I don't see my event listed" If the event you are looking for was taken more than a week ago, and is not listed on the main page you may have to click the "Show all Events" link on the storefront.
- "Can I order my pictures on a CD?"
- "Why are Portrait/Wedding prices higher online?" Online ordering of portraits is not the most cost effective way to order your photographs. Online orders are more expensive than your price list because they are subject to an online service fee. Placing your order over the phone or at the studio will save you money. The practice of publishing portraits online is for your viewing convenience or for those that are too far from the studio to come in to place their order.
- "I don't see any packages available for my portraits/wedding."
If your event is more than 30 days old or you can't find it please call or email and we can publish it online again.
Not at this time however we will be bringing back images on CD rom for sporting events soon.
CD's will not be made for events other than sporting or some candid events.
Each CD will come with two copies of each image you order, one sized for printing
and one sized for email/website (72 DPI)
Due to the limitations of the online software, not all packages are available to be ordered online.
Senior Picture Questions
- "What can I bring with me to my Senior Photo Session?" The short answer is: Anything that will fit through the door! Seniors have, in the past, brought pets, friends, family members, flowers, hats, trophies, ribbons, books, motorcycles, sports equipment, flags, blankets, and much more!
- "How much does it cost to have senior pictures taken at Douglas?"
With sitting fees starting at $12 and packages starting at $179; You can have memories to last a lifetime on any budget.

Wedding Questions
- "Why should we take couple pictures before the ceremony?" It's easier on everyone. After the ceremony, everyone will be pressuring you to move on to the reception while you're taking pictures. Instead of making your friends and family wait on your pictures, why not do most of those pictures before the ceremony?
